  The food is fine (most of the time) and that's the only reason this isn't a one star rating.. but it sure beats me as to what the "special instructions" section is for. Maybe 1 out of every 10 times they'll get it right but other than that there's ALWAYS something wrong. I always write in all caps in hopes that they actually consider reading it. What if it was a warning about a serious allergy? The manager is also not very pleasant in helping fix the situation and makes it seem like it's your fault even tho it was a blatant mistake of their own. If there was a quality sub shop in town that delivered even relatively fast you guys would be out of business, considering delivery times are certainly not "freaky fast." (30+ minutes)

  I hate being lied to. Dillon colorado location contacted @ 8:55 PM, to be told by the person that picked up the phone that they were closed, and their clock said 9:03 PM. Look at a phone, a pc, or your register. Lazy employee costing what's normally a great place business.
